Junior Graphic Designer Required in Dubai - Dubai
Role Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design:
Design visually compelling graphics for various platforms, including social media, website, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
Create eye catching graphics conveying the beauty and elegance of fragrances.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs for marketing campaigns, product launches and other promotions.
2. User Experience:
Design and optimize user-friendly interfaces for the company website and mobile app.
Conduct user research and usability testing.
Work closely with the development team to implement UX best practices.
3. Brand Identity and Visual Consistency:
Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity, including logos, color schemes etc.
Create design guidelines and templates to streamline the design process and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
4. Content Creation Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually stunning content for social media, website and email marketing campaigns.
Assist in photoshoots, ensuring the content align with brand identity.
5. Packaging Design and Presentation:
Design captivating and luxurious packaging for the company’s products, ensuring they reflect brand identity and resonate with target audience.
Create visually engaging presentations for product launches, marketing campaigns, and business meetings.
6. Website Maintenance and Visuals:
Maintain and update the company website, ensuring it remains visually appealing, user friendly and reflects brand identity.
Create and optimize visuals for the website.
7. Market Research and Trend Analysis:
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify design trends, consumer preferences and opportunities for improvement.
8. Collaborations and Communication:
Work closely with the marketing team, providing creative input and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and UX/UI design, preferably in the fragrance, beauty, or luxury goods industry.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or related field.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva. Knowledge of Adobe Dimension is a plus.
Experience with UX/UI design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including both graphic design, packaging design and UX/UI design projects.
