Junior Game Designer Required in Dubai

We are looking for an aspiring Game Designer who has a desire to work on a mid-hardcore project. You will need the desire to work with numbers and balance and be an enthusiast for the RTS game genre. We are looking for a young professional who is passionate about game development and wants to fully immerse themselves in game development. We value experience, but even more - proactivity and involvement. We allow employees the opportunity to bring their ideas to life and make the project even cooler!

Requirements
Min. 2 years experience in the same field.
Interest in working with numbers for a mi-core F2P project.
Strong background in mathematics.
Experience of having your own game project (e.g. maps, mods, and content).
Ability to express thoughts clearly, and present well-structured ideas.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactivity.
Able to speak Russian.

Desirable:
Knowledge of the RTS genre.
Knowledge of World War II.
Experience of gameplay and meta.
Experience of working on a mid-core F2P project.
Experience with balance.
Ability to work in Unity 3D.
Understand the technical part of the project or the ability to program.
