Junior Designer Required in Dubai
Job description:
We are looking for a junior designer to join our design team and help us in producing
high-quality design projects. You will be required to deliver on special tasks for the
completion of projects and create unique ideas to improve projects. Your contribution
will add value to the team and the end product, directly impacting our customer
satisfaction and profits. It will include tasks like pitching ideas, creating drafts and
collaborating with a team. It will be your stepping stone if you are looking to make a
career in design.
Objectives of this Role
- Work on a wide range of projects using various computer software to visualize
and develop innovative designs that meet business goals.
- Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards
and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company
or client appropriately.
- Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects, meeting deadlines
and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on
workload, which may multiple simultaneous projects.
- Managing all aspects of a project from pre-planning, determining resource
needs, pre-event marketing, and on-site coordination, to post-event follow up
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- Academic and professional with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign,
Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.
- Proven experience with design, with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-
paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems
- Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
- Desire to continue to grow skill set with ongoing education and training
