Junior Accountant Required in Dubai

Duties and responsibilities:

Preparation of Accounts
Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts.
Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.
Thorough with statutory compliance of VAT.

Tally Skills

Installation Co. Creation to Deletion Masters Creation, Alteration, Deletion Sales, Purchase, Inventory Voucher Creation, Alteration, Deletion
Basic payroll
Security
Extensive knowledge of running reports
Experience with F11 (Feature) and F12 (Configure) key
Short cut keys
Back up, Restore, upload TDL

Personal profile:

B.Com or M.Com
Proficient in MS Office applications (Advanced skills with Excel & Word )
Advanced working Experience with Tally Prime is a must.
Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and ability to deal with internal and external customers independently.
Proactive and well organized.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
3 to 5 years of working experience preferably in UAE as an Accountant preparing Sales Invoices and involved in other Accounts receivable activities.
