Experience in an Interior Fit-out company, a Degree in Accounting/ finance or Semi Qualified CA, and more than 5 years of experience is a must ✅✅ ✅

The mission of the Department: In a spirit of excellence, integrity, and dedication, the Finance Department is committed to providing timely, accurate, clear, and complete information, and support to achieve the Goals of the Swiss Bureau Interior Design.
I. Major Duties and responsibilities
1. Process payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, and employee reimbursements.
2. Enter and update accounting data in systems.
3. Assemble data to prepare monthly reports for review.
4. Maintain, forms, formats, and standards to improve operating efficiency.
5. Maintain a Proper Filing System for the Finance Documents.
6. Assist in the timely closing of monthly accounts by ensuring Accounts Receivable, Accounts payable, and General Ledger data are up to date.
7. Maintain proper various financial records related to the general financial information.
8. Perform other Finance-related duties as required.
II. Profile
Required Qualifications and Experience
01) Degree in Accounting/ finance or Semi Qualified CA
02) At least 05 years of progressively responsible professional experience in financial accounting, preferably in Interior Fit outs Company in the United Arab Emirates.
Skills and Competencies
01)Knowledge of automated accounting systems. Experience in using Tally Prime ERP Or Zoho is highly desirable.
02)Knowledge of general record-keeping and filing systems.
03)Ability to understand and apply current accounting guidelines, system updates and revisions, and policy changes.
04) Ability to reconcile and/or balance financial transactions and accounts.
05) Ability to assist others in solving work problems.
06)High ethics and a personal commitment to transparency and accountability.
07)Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications, particularly advanced level in MS Excel is needed.
