Junior Accountant Required in Dubai
Are you an ambitious, hardworking, willing to learn and work for a Dubai based Accounting firm? Then you are the one we are looking for.
Key Responsibilities
Passing all accounting entries in accounting system (Sales, purchase, bank, credit cards etc.,)
Bank reconciliation, Cheque issuance, follow ups.
Well versed in Tally ERP system and MS Office.
Credit card Top ups, Payment to suppliers, remittance etc.,
Manage month-end and year-end closing transactions
Good hand on managing petty cash
Reconciling the Vendor/Supplier’s statement of accounts on monthly and solving the discrepancy and preparing the payment/receipt
Required Skills:
A bachelor’s degree holder of Commerce (B.Com.,) or CA (inter)
A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in bookkeeping and accounting in the UAE.
Knowledge of VAT.
Versatile / various accounting software knowledge would be a plus.
Good understanding of accounting rules and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets.
Ability to work in a team.
Dynamic and passionate with a strong teamwork mentality.
