Responsibilities:
Preparing general ledger reconciliations and reconcile multiple bank accounts daily from beginning of year to date (8 months), ensuring that all transactions are accounted for and accurate. E.g., Rent/Customer Account Reconciliation, bank reconciliation, lease reconciliation, credit card transactions, accounts payables, accounts receivables, payroll etc.
Perform Monthly Closing Activities beginning of the year to date
Identifying missing and/or inaccurate information in vendor database
Identifying irregular practices with classification, recording accounting entries and any other irregular practices to ensure compliance with proper accounting standards;
