Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including the entry of sales invoices, purchase invoices, stock transfer entries, receipts, and payment entries. The role also involves handling petty cash, issuing purchase orders, and sending outstanding statements every month.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter sales invoices accurately and timely
- Record purchase invoices and ensure proper documentation
- Handle stock transfer entries between departments
- Process receipts and payment entries
- Manage petty cash transactions
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers
- Prepare and send outstanding statements to clients every month

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Salary Starts:- 2,500 aed
