I was worked as a Service delivery manager in a leading IT company in India and handled more than 150 branches over 2 states ,responsibility included Branch setup and maintenance ,Asset Management , IT operations management , Vendor Management ,Coordination with various support team to ensure timely service delivery , Escalation management ,Ensure systems meets IT security Compliance ,Project delivery , Multi-location Infrastructure management & MIS.
