IT Support Technician Required in Dubai - Dubai

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing clear, quality code to develop the best software. You will test your code, identify errors, and iterate to ensure quality code. You will also support our customers and partners by troubleshooting any of their software issues.

Responsibilities

Experience working with Creating Desktop Images using MDT, Managing SCCM Clients, SCCM
Task Sequences, GPO's, Security Policies, Design Documentation, Operational Procedures,
Training Support Teams, Deploy High Quality MSI Packages
2. Hands-on working experience in Microsoft Office 365, MS EDGE, Kaspersky Antivirus, MDM
tools, MAC OS, iOS, and performance management utilities.
3. Network troubleshooting and good knowledge in Networking, Internet Protocols and Wi-Fi.
4. Management and administration of a domain-based machines running Microsoft Windows
Server
5. Manage, administer, and troubleshoot Mobile devices and Voice telephony.
6. Troubleshooting system and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
7. Administering, troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.
8. Develop sound understanding of IT operations and related applications and IT systems as well
as business related processes and procedures
9. Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Enterprise Applications running windows, Citrix,
network applications, printers, computer hardware any other peripheral equipment
10. Knowledge on Avaya/Cisco Telephony Products (including Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco
Voice Mail Solution, Session Manager, Communication Manager, Communication Manager
Messaging, Agile Communication Environment, Application Enablement Services, Presence
Services, Session Border Controller)
11. Hands on experience working with mobile devices such as iPhone, iPads, and Mobile Device
Management tools eg: Airwatch, Intune etc.
12. Responsible for building technical documentation, reports, guidelines, procedures and ensure
they are shared with users.
13. Documentation of network infrastructure, procedures and policies and other networking
related work.
14. Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues within the desktop
environment
15. Identify risky activities and take responsibility on action taken
16. Work on roster to cover 24x7 operations
17. Comfortable to communicate with Senior managers and VP

Certification:

ITIL Foundation Certification required
