IT Support Specialist Required in Dubai
Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist, who will provide technical assistance by configuring, monitoring and maintaining overall company's IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Design, plan and implement IT solutions throughout the business, including hardware, software, infrastructure, telephony and procedures for IT resources.
Advise company directors with the goal of making the appropriate IT decisions and choices.
Provide technical support to all employees.
Design, plan and execute training on the use of systems and networks.
Install and configure hardware equipment and software programs.
Oversee, track and measure system and network performance.
Perform troubleshooting and execute needed repairs.
Execute different maintenance activities when needed.
Review and develop security-related contract documents.
Work with other IT professionals to ensure upholding IT standards.
Perform other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.

Essential qualifications and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering
8 years of experience in supporting server, network and desktop issues
MCSA MS Server 2012 and Office 365, MCITP in SCCM 2007&2012;, ITIL V3
Certified, Lean Six-Sigma Greenbelt (pending certification)
Server and network administration
Desktop and laptop troubleshooting
IT process documentation
Root-cause analysis and implementation of solutions
