You are:

Fluent in English oral and in writing
Knowledge about French, Dutch or German is a plus.

Reports directly to the owner.
You will be at the cradle of this branch and will have real opportunities to grow inside the company as it grows.
As an IT Remote Support Dispatcher you are responsible for determining and sorting the incoming requests based on urgency and impact and match the request to one of the available Remote Support engineers.
Requests can be simple user issues or system messages and detections that might be more complicated (you have the possibility to fall back on experts in that case).
Requests that cannot be handled remotely will have to be dispatched to the correct local teamleader for a specific region.
You will be working in the offices in Dubai but will communicate with people that are local or in other parts of the world.
