IT SUPPORT ENGINEER REQUIRED IN DUBAI

We are a reputed Security surveillance Company in the UAE .we are looking for an energetic, dynamic candidate with technical aptitude and proven track record for following position:

Position –IT and Network support Engineer
Nationality- Indian or Pakistani preferred
Experience -5-6 Years of experience (3-4 years UAE experience is preferred)
Gender-MALE
Salary-AED 4000-6000
Other benefits-as per UAE labour law.

Skills Required :

1. Experience in IT SYSTEM ADMIN for 4 to 5 years is must (UAE experience Preferred).
2. Minimum engineering graduate
3. Expert in IT SYSTEMS
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Bachelors Degree of IT/Comp/Science/B tech or related
• Diploma certification in IT System administration/Related vendor certifications
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Administration
• Basic network certification such as CCNA is an advantage

Preferred:
Certified Microsoft System Admin

A) Responsible for managing the end to end IT infrastructure of the company.

B) Must be an expert in MS Office, Windows, Microsoft Products, OS, Domain configuration, Email/Exchange server, MS Office365/Azure, Apple MAC etc

C) Must be able to handle all desktop/Laptop/Server configurations within the company including Android, Apple, Cloud products and services.

D) Must have knowledge and experience of handling network configuration, switches, routers, VPN, IP PABX, LAN configurations and cloud business applications.

E) Experienced and knowledgeable in Sales POS applications, ERP Systems (Orion, Tally etc.).

F) should have knowledge of SAN and NAS storage devices .

G) should have knowledge of firewalls.
