o Installation and configuration of K7 antivirus server & clients.
o Solving the problems of server & clients computers.
o SonicWall NSA 3500 firmware update, Backup and user management etc.
o Troubleshooting Printer and connectivity.
o Installation & Up gradation of OS and other software.
o Maintaining Local Area Network with 1200+ systems (Desktops + Laptops & servers)
o Responsible for resolving of computer hardware and network Problems.
o VPN (Virtual private network) client installation and troubleshooting connectivity.
o Configuration and troubleshooting MS Outlook, User & mailbox.
