We have launched our Toys For Less concept that extends our off-price retail model to toys, kids apparel and party costumes. Responsibilities:

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and handheld devices, WIFI etc.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Switch configuration and trouble shooting
Support the roll-out of new applications
Set up new user accounts and profiles
Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment.
Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
Manage Backups, Email systems and Licensing renewals
Manage/Troubleshoot MS Teams, Office365, GMAIL, VPN and Remote Connectivity

Requirements:

2 years relevant experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good written and verbal communication
Strong experience in handling Windows Server, Network Firewalls , access points
