IT SERVICE DESK OFFICER REQUIRED IN DUBAI

This is a 1 month contract for our client in Dubai. the successful candidate will be responsible to manage the IT Service Desk function.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Handling and logging incidents, and service requests using the current Service Desk ticketing system.
- Providing first-line investigation and resolving incidents/requests they are able to.
- Escalating incidents/service requests that they cannot be resolved within agreed timescales
- Follow up open tickets and keeping users informed of progress

Employment Type:Temporary
Monthly Salary:2,000 - 3,999 AED
Minimum Work Experience:1-2 Years
Minimum Education Level:Bachelors Degree
