IT & SCM Trainee Required in Dubai

The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for provisioning, setting up, maintaining and operating computer systems, software, and networks. Duties include installing, supporting, and maintaining software, servers, system backups, client pc’s, and network connected devices. Position is fully responsible for managing & maintaining Data Center & related services. Administrator is the first point of contact for any IT related questions/issues and provides hands on technical support for the users of his region.

The role shall also take some functions of Supply Chain Systems (ERP etc.) for which a proper induction & training will be provided. A knowledge of Supply Chain processes in this case is a plus but not a must.

What Makes You Great

Minimum 2 year Degree in related field or equivalent.
Advanced systems/networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and Active Directory.
1-3 years practical experience in IT.
Excellent Knowledge of MS Office/Windows.
Excellent computer skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic Project Management & Process management skills.
Multitask capability – successful execution of several projects in parallel.
Analytical and cross-system thinking.
Basic knowledge of local processes.
Basic knowledge of business processes, strategic planning and budgeting.
Ability and willingness to learn new programs/ functions quickly.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
High level of energy.
