IT HELP DESK ASSOCIATE REQUIRED IN DUBAI

We are working with a client - leading Healthcare chain with stores across Middle East to find a "IT Help-desk Associate"

Candidate must hold a Bachelors Degree, ITIL/COBIT Certifications and minimum 5 years hands on IT Support & Trouble shooting

- Excellent skills in Software/Hardware - Installation, Troubleshooting and Support across PC/Laptops, Mobiles, Printers/Scanners , Network switches, POS peripherals and Hand Held Terminals

- Manage Helpdesk tickets & deliver on agreed SLAs

- Expert skills in providing support for Retail, Warehouse and office

- Knowledge of Incident & Problem Management and ITIL expertise

- After office hours, must support stores on demand

- Install OS, Applications and set up POS devices for retail outlets

- Constantly update skills across various IT technologies

- Good and clear communication, necessary to provide support on phone

- Support software applications for business like Warehouse management system, Business Intelligence - client will provide training on Application

- Raise tickets into IT Helpdesk system & close on resolution

- Deliver First Call Resolution of 40% across all tickets

-Maintain all IT Assets, Licenses etc

- Document & help enforce various policies, procedures, standards, ITIL practices
