Accountabilities

Level 1 and Level 2 Support:

Provide first and second-level support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, addressing user queries and troubleshooting issues promptly.
Utilize a ticketing system to log, track, and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining detailed records.

Functional Expertise:

Possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, including but not limited to Finance and Operations, Sales, Distribution, CRM and Production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.

Issue Resolution:

Analyze and diagnose functional issues within the Dynamics 365 environment, working closely with technical teams for advanced problem resolution when required.
Provide clear and concise documentation for issue resolution processes and best practices.

User Training and Documentation:

Conduct user training sessions to enhance the proficiency of end-users in utilizing Dynamics 365 features and functionalities.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Collaborate with the development team to communicate user feedback, system enhancements, and feature requests for continuous improvement.

• Communicates effectively when supporting end users, either in-person, via phone, email, messaging or using IT ServiceDesk application.
• Promotes IT as a proactive business partner and advisor, instead of a reactive ‘order taker’.
• Challenges status-quo and current IT practices/solutions to continually search for and suggest more efficient or cost-effective ways of working.
• Understands the 24/7 nature of Gulf Cryo business and is able to respond to urgent IT support needs and/or scheduling of activities outside of normal business hours to minimize impact.
• Follows all company policies, including strict adherence to HSE standards to always work safely to avoid risk of harm to self, others or the environment.

Indoor: 95 %
Travelling and Outdoor: 5 %
Working Hazard: Low
Working Days: 5 days
Days Off: 2 day

Working Hours: 9:00 To 6:00

Experience-

Minimum 3 years of ERP functional support.

Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O SCM modules.
Knowledge of IT Helpdesk applications.

Skills-

2-3 years of experience in providing support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and their interdependencies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Application/Engineering, or equivalent
Analytical Skills, Business Analysis, and Business Requirements experience
Strong understanding of business processes and their interaction with information technology
Experience working with business applications and systems
Knowledge of IT best practices and frameworks
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant certifications or qualifications in business analysis or information technology
Experience in the industrial gas or related industry is a plus
