* IT BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

* IT PORTFOLIO MANAGER
• Define the overall IT portfolio management strategy and classification criteria
• Accountable for the definition, implementation and consistent adoption of Portfolio and Program Management methodology across IT
• Manage, plan, evaluate, prioritize and monitor complex or high value IT investment portfolios and projects
• Partner with the business sectors to evaluate business cases, objectives, prioritize projects and participate in sourcing process (RFIs, RFQs and RFPs – issuance and evaluation)
• Gain understanding of business strategies, competitor technology and stays abreast of industry trends in the business and technology
• Monitor program / project schedule, timelines, milestones, and delivery team performance
• Work with assigned business units to develop initial business case/needs analysis outlines, initial project estimates for cost-benefit analysis and functional specifications
• Monitor overall solution / implementation delivery for projects aligned to their business area and oversees the IT strategic planning process

* IT GOVERNANCE
• Liaise with HR, Finance and Procurement departments to ensure that he needs and requirements of IT departments are addressed through proper channels and defined processes
• Support in monitoring vendor performance and developing periodic performance reporting for senior management based on inputs from delivery managers
• Coordinate with delivery teams to develop operational reporting (projects and operations metrics) for designated governance forums
• Ensure that the governance forums are appropriately convened and managed, participate actively during governance forums and follow-up on remediation actions of findings
• Support the measurement, monitoring and periodic reporting of the effectiveness of IT processes and controls in alignment with industry standards and leading practices.
• Assist with internal communication as needed to ensure stakeholders are informed of progress.

Develop and monitor principles related to infrastructure and security measures that ensure alignment with the overall enterprise architecture and strategy
• Contribute to overall infrastructure and security architecture vision and ensures specific components are appropriately designed and leveraged
• Perform architecture assessments of existing infrastructure to identify any gaps that may exist and to remediate any known performance or configuration issues
• Responsible for the design, integration, and accountable for the deployment of security architecture to ensure information assets, business capabilities, applications and platforms are secure and sufficiently protected
• Embed and promote IT security and risk policies, standards and procedures in alignment with business and IT objectives and ensure IT is compliant to the defined policies and standards

* IT APPLICATION ARCHITECT
• Contribute to overall business and application architecture vision and ensures specific components are appropriately designed and leveraged
• Create architectural designs that articulate the business context, conceptual design and component-level logical design and ensures the alignment of application and data architecture to Enterprise Architecture standards, principles, frameworks and processes
• Build, optimize and maintain conceptual and logical data models in compliance with Government directives, standards and specifications
• Support end-to-end solution architecture and provides guidance and direction to project and operations teams on data and application architecture
• Partner effectively with business and IT leaders to ensure alignment with enterprise strategies and architecture models

* IT REPORTING AND BI ANALYST
• Liaise with data owners and stewards from business teams and applications team (as required) to ensure data quality issues are addressed
• Participate in workshops to elicit, gather and document reporting requirements of business teams
• Liaise with design specialists within IT to validate solution designs for reports / BI systems before implementation
• Fulfill reporting requirements and approved ad-hoc data requests from business teams through effective prioritization of delivery activities
• Keep informed about best practices, improvements and new tools affecting reporting. Recommend changes and/or technology that could improve our reporting services.
• Enable data architecture and develop solutions that best meet the analytics and reporting needs of the business
• Work cross functionally in order to proactively and systematically identify and implement any enhancements to reporting and analytics processes
• Facilitate on-going support and end-user training for corporate and store staff with regards to reporting, data analysis and data access needs
