An award winning laboratory with operations in UAE, India and Oman, is looking for equity investors. The laboratory is running successfully with all the required regulatory approvals, and has been able to develop a decent client base is looking to expand and raise AED 10 – 15 million to fund the growth stage of its life cycle and expand in various geographical locations and set up more advanced diagnostic services. The clientele includes leading Corporates and high end clientele. Many other Corporate tie ups are actively being contracted.
The existing shareholders are willing to include new shareholder/s who is/are willing to lock their capital for at least 5 years. Agents/third party intermediaries are discouraged from making inqueries. A minimum investment of AED 100,000/- is the bare minimum for us to involve potential investors in the discussion stage.
