Information Technology System Administrator Required in Dubai
DHF Management is a Dubai based IT service provider company, with an additional office in Lithuania, established in 2020.Our primary focus is delivering IT services to various financial service businesses, such as Trade Management Services, DHF Capital, and others.
Responsibilities
Regularly monitoring and maintaining networks and servers
Installing and upgrading software and hardware
Creating various user accounts and managing access control
Implementing and managing security protocols and procedures
Maintaining an accurate and detailed documentation of all processes
Managing data backup and archives
Retrieving and recovering data as required
Optimizing computer systems by performing diagnostic tests
Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and changes in the IT sector
Training and overseeing the activities of other IT technicians
Developing and implementing error reporting systems
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
Knowledge of Metaquotes, cTrader or similar trading systems/platforms is an advantage
Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator
At least one year work experience as an IT Administrator, Network Administrator or similar position
Complete knowledge of various IT systems and networks
Excellent technical skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to offer excellent customer service
