Human Resources Supervisor Required in Dubai
Plans and implements all phases of Human Resources activities such as recruitment, compensation and other benefits, career development, employee disciplining and handling grievances, and other personnel related functions without supervision. Reporting to the Group HR Director for daily activities and as required.
Education and Experience :
Education: University/college graduate of Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or Psychology or other related degree. Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Experience: 7 years minimum experience (2 years in HR Supervisory capacity) or its equivalent position from a reputable hospital or healthcare organization
Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic. Ability to read and interpret documents such as governmental rules and directives related to hospital administration, clear in giving instructions and interpreting procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of SGH organization.
