Human Resources Specialist Required in Dubai - Dubai

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

2. Employee Relations and outsource agents management:

-Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
-Managing the outsourced agents for manpower, including payroll, attendance, payment, etc.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, 3-5 working experience.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Having outsourcing agents management skills is a plus point.
