Human Resources Specialist Required in Dubai - Dubai

Responsibilities:

Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.
Handle employee documentation, including contracts, visas, work permits, and other legal requirements.
Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
Manage employee relations and address grievances in a timely and effective manner.
Stay updated on changes in UAE labor laws and ensure compliance across all HR practices.
Collaborate with management to create a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Specialist in the IT sector, preferably in the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
Experience in handling HR paperwork, including visa processing and employee contracts.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
