As an HR Specialist at Ec Markets, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for overseeing human resources functions. Your role involves managing the recruitment process, implementing HR policies, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong and diverse talent pool.
Policy Development:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with industry regulations.
Stay updated on employment laws and recommend policy revisions as needed.
Employee Relations:
Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and conducting investigations when necessary.
Implement performance management processes and contribute to talent development.
Workplace Culture:
Promote and maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and training programs.
HR Administration:
Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR roles, preferably within the financial industry.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
