With an incredible portfolio of food & beverage products, NFPC currently has a fantastic opportunity for a talented HR Officer to join our team.
JOB PURPOSE
The role holder will handle the complete employee life cycle across the group in relation to onboarding, offboarding, employee benefits processing, managing location payroll & coordination in implementing of HR projects under the guidance from corporate HR and provide administration support in compliance with company policies.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Induction & Orientation of new employees (HR policies, Camp policies, HRMS trainings, Application of insurance, Processing IT & Fleet requests).
Ensure that the on-boarding and initial trainings are well organized.
Facilitate the employee's probation review process and ensure issuance of probation confirmation letter on timely manner.
Handling employee resignations/terminations (Exit interviews, explaining the offboarding process).
Payroll
Ensure accurate reporting structure is updated in HRMS on monthly basis.
Review monthly attendance / OT report across all the departments and share key findings with HRBP.
Coordination for payments towards UAE National Pension scheme monthly.
Grievances handling & Disciplinary actions
Handling employee grievances on pay & benefits, work environment, Health and Safety.
Conducts investigation in disputes and reports findings to HRBP.
Performance Management & HR Projects
Implementation of performance management across locations (Coordination/Trainings).
Processing of all HR service requests.
Regular monthly meetings with Supervisor/Line Managers in locations.
Coaching and providing guidance to Supervisors/Line Managers on handling of employee's cases.
Coordination with Learning and Development for mandatory trainings.
Prepare monthly reports, trends and patterns.
Workplace accidents claims & compensation: Handling with insurance.
Employee counselling's (wellbeing, financial planning etc.).
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree or equivilant experience
Must have work experience in UAE & knowledge of UAE Labor Laws
Experience in working on HRMS systems
5+ years professional experience in HR at a Generalist level in a major company
Must have Valid UAE Driving License
