Human Resources Officer Required in Dubai - Dubai
The Human Resources Officer will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic team as we expand and develop Marsa Properties. This role involves managing various HR tasks to ensure effective and efficient operations across our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to hiring, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
Training and Development: Coordinate and oversee training sessions and professional development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and that HR policies are up-to-date and properly implemented.
Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisals and management systems.
Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee the payroll process and manage employee benefits.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in Human Resources, particularly within a similar industry or large-scale projects.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in Arabic and English (ability to speak, read, and write both languages proficiently).
