Human Resources Manager Required in Dubai
Faux is recruiting for an HR Manager to run the daily functions of the Human Resource department including recruitment, management of staff compensation and benefits, leave management, employee performance program and enforcing company policies and practices. The role will also oversee the administrative and legal requirements of the company with government regulatory agencies.
Beyond managing administrative HR tasks, this is a leadership role requiring strategic input, development, and implementation of systems for best practice, and requires strong interpersonal skills to be a trusted internal resource for the broader team. The HR Manager is expected to take the lead on active suggestions for improvements in systems, policies, and people-management within the business, as well as ensuring the company is always compliant with legal and ethical requirements.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in a previous HR role balancing administration and strategic elements
•A strong understanding of HR best-practice and current regulations
•An ability to balance tactical and administrative tasks with emotional intelligence and problem solving
•Experience in new talent recruitment and retention planning
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
•Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
•A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field is appreciated
