HR Processes And Initiatives
Define and implement standards processes & policies within HQ and other offices in the regions, ensure all stakeholder are following the implemented process.
Prepare and deliver detailed HR reports to senior management teams (payroll by project or department, annual leave tracking, KPIs etc…)
Review and approve job descriptions identifying job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills as deemed necessary
Talent Acquisition:
Responsible for recruitment and selection of high caliber candidates for available opportunities
Partner with the line and project managers to source and provide appropriate candidate pool for interview process.
Build relationships with local hiring vendors and partner with them in the selection and hiring of staff
Manage and execute new hire process to ensure smooth transition of a new employee/freelancer. Ensure proper induction and onboarding for new hires
Employee relation/ HR Admin & office management/Payroll
Manage the day-to-day HR operations across the organisation including employee contracts, visa processing, overseeing the payroll for permanent and non-permanent staff, expenses, annual leave, etc.
Ensure up to date Labour Laws are being followed, with regular updating of contracts
Develop a robust Compensation & Benefits structure to attract and retain talent.
Manage the nationality and gender mix to ensure having the right diversity in workforce.
Ensure HR legal and regulatory requirements are constantly being met; immigration, WPS, EOS and insurance in both UAE & KSA markets
Take responsibility of the payroll's compliance with the budgets, review payroll files against timesheets, explain discrepancy, approve the final payroll release for each project
Monitor and manage all admin costs including telephone, flights, hotels, stationary, allowances etc
Oversee the office management related tasks such as office management spend, vendor management process, monitoring office safety and cleanliness, etc...
Issue all HR forms & certificates
Responsible for the safekeeping and the maintenance of all employee related records
Jointly resolve people issues with line managers, upholding integrity, confidentiality, impartiality and professionalism at all times.
Manage a team of HR operations in all countries
Manage all off-boarding process for permanent and non-permanent staff
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Org Behaviour / or equivalent experience; a Master's degree is a plus
5+ years' experience in Human Resources as an HR Generalist with a cross functional experience. People management is a plus
Demonstrated high motivation and capability of working in a high paced organisation
Demonstrated ability to prioritise and work effectively in a fast-paced environment; possession of excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic
Strong experience and knowledge of UAE & KSA markets and Labor laws
