We are hiring HR Manager who has experience in Industrial catering in Oil and gas industry.
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the recruitment process (create job descriptions, posting & advertising, interviewing and on-boarding the candidates)
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance (KPIs)
Maintain Reward plan and benefits program in alignment with our center of excellence.
Lead reward bench-marking process (incl. management of providers) by participating in reward forums across the key markets.
Knowledge of/experience with old & new UAE Labor laws and HR best practices
Manage reporting and analytics for better decision making
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
5+ years' experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
Experience in Industrial catering and oil and gas industry preferred.
