Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions.
Screen and interview applicants, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and offer negotiations.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to welcome new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
Coordinate onboarding activities, including paperwork, training, and introductions to team members.
Provide necessary support and resources to new hires to facilitate their success.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations regarding salary and benefits.
Develop and implement performance review processes to assess employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct performance reviews with employees, providing feedback, setting goals, and discussing development plans.
Manage the performance review process, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, time and attendance data, and benefits information.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and leaves of absence.
Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on various HR-related matters.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and performance management within a Real Estate brokerage environment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., applicant tracking systems, HRIS).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
