Human Resources Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai
Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Partner with senior management to identify HR priorities and develop action plans to address organizational needs.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Oversee the recruitment process, from workforce planning and job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse and skilled workforce.
Implement talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and career development programs.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Serve as a trusted advisor and resource to employees and managers on HR-related issues, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to address skill gaps and support employee development.
Coordinate training initiatives, workshops, and learning opportunities to promote continuous learning and growth.
HR Policy and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations by monitoring legislative changes and implementing necessary updates to HR policies and procedures.
Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements.
Benefits Administration and Compensation Management:
Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Manage compensation programs, including salary benchmarking, pay scale administration, bonus and incentive plans.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
5+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Comprehensive understanding of HR functions, best practices, and employment laws and regulations.
Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
Analytical skills, with the ability to analyse HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive decision-making.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
