As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the team with day-to-day HR responsibilities and assisting in the recruitment cycle as well as providing Administrative Support.
Administrative Support
Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation.
Draft contracts and letters.
Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
Recruitment Support
Assisting the HR Recruiter in sourcing candidates.
Schedule interviews and maintain the calendar.
Posting job vacancies on various job boards.
Sorting and screening candidate resumes.
Scheduling online or in-person interviews.
Addressing candidate queries and assisting them with the interview process.
Performing candidate background checks and handling any paperwork activities.
Sending out acceptance or rejection emails to candidates.
We'd like to hear from you if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 to 12 months of work experience either as a Junior Recruiter, HR Intern, or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
Ability to offer enhanced candidate experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good time management and organizational skills.
