Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, employee benefits, and benefits administration. The Human Resources Generalist will also provide advisory services to management on all HR related issues.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) skills
Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration skills
Experience in providing advisory services to management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
5 years' experience as Human Resource Generalist , UAE experience is plus
Experience in the domestic labor recruitment and management industry is a plus
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
