Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist with a strong background in SAP technologies - SAP S/4 HANA - HR and SuccessFactors - to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HR processes, guiding teams, and providing required consulting to ensure efficient and effective implementation & enhancement of HR systems.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and development, to ensure that our HR technology solutions meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience of SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC business processes, SAP SuccessFactors, and system architecture for integration – having experience implement these in MENA countries.
Decent knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC and integration points with other SAP modules like FICO
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SuccessFactors Talent Modules - Recruitment, Onboarding, Succession & Learning modules.
Assist in defining and driving the product vision and strategy for HR technology solutions using SAP S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors
Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of product features.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, new features, and emerging functionalities related to SAP S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors.
Good understanding of HR KPIs for advisory on HR reports and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Experience of working with Report stories in SuccessFactors
Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on S/4 HANA HR and SuccessFactors functionalities and best practices.
Strong understanding of SuccessFactors APIs to facilitate functional assistance for integration needs to SAP and non-SAP systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a senior consultant or similar role with SAP S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors modules
Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
Certification in SuccessFactors – Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning – preferred

Non-negotiable – Payroll knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC for MENA countries
