The ideal candidate to lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resource and Administration Department; ensure efficient operations and enforce company policies and practices.

Responsibilities

Handle the employee’s Lifecycle stages from Recruiting to Exit and Final settlement. Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the Company’s human resource compliance and strategy needs.

Recruitment and Onboarding
Performance Appraisal
HR Operations
Payroll
Employee Relations & Welfare
Employee Engagement
General Administration/Travel arrangement

Qualifications

MBA in HR or equivalent experience in Human Resources.
4+ years of experience working in Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
