Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator located in Dubai. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for HR management, benefits administration, employee relations, HR policies, and other administrative tasks related to human resources.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in HR management and administration
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience in benefits administration and employee relations
Understanding of HR policies and procedures
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the produce or food industry is a plus
