Human Resources Coordinator Required in Dubai

We are currently searching for a part time Human Resources Administrator Emirati National only to join our team in Dubai.

The purpose of this role is to support the HR team in a manner that ensures HR data, reports and processes are accurately implemented. A key part of the role will be supporting the UAE Senior HR Consultant in the day-to-day HR operational matters.

This role will work closely with the Regional Middle East HR team and the Global Shared Services team to ensure HR process align to the employee lifecycle. The role reports into the UAE Senior HR Consultant.

What will I be doing...

HR processes & reports:
Ensure that employee data is accurate in the global HRIS system at all times and that employee e-files contain all relevant employee documents as agreed.
Assist the ME HR Team with administrative pre-boarding responsibilities, such as organizing paperwork, attestation, and visa requirements once offers are accepted.
Support the Government Relations team with registration of employees in MOHRE, Immigration and UAE pension fund.
Ensure new joiners and leavers are accurately added and updated in our global HRIS, via HR Shared Services.
Act as back-up to HR Shared Services when required
Support all on-boarding formalities in coordination with the Senior HR Consultant in the UAE.
Support employees with Ad-Hoc requests (letters, payslips etc) via HR Shared Services
Working closely with the HR Consultants in region, proactively drive and support onboarding process, probation process, exit formalities etc
Support with the addition/deletion of employees to our medical insurance policy and support with queries related to policy
Manage UAE-based matters in a way that allows the Government Relations team to accurately and efficiency process tasks with the ministries and flag any discrepancies to the HR Consultant.
Support with employee-related events, regional engagement plans and HR tasks as appointed

What will I need to be successful in this role?

Key Skills
IT skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and experience of using spreadsheets and databases
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
Confident, proactive, and resilient character, with the ability to take the lead in challenging situations
Strong eye on detail, accurate and ability to solve problems, think on your feet and present solutions
Organised and strong ability to prioritise workload and manage deadlines
Knowledge of UAE and KSA national laws relating to payroll and its governing laws and general administration and onboarding requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in HR with prior experience of working in HR team in a similar role
