Job Description:
We are looking for HR Consultant with 10-15 years of experience in the field, preferably across multiple countries. As an HR Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering HR solutions, drive talent acquisition and management, and ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic HR consulting to the company on a global scale.
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the client's business objectives.
Offer guidance on talent acquisition, management, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement.
Deliver training and workshops to client teams and their employees.
Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10-15 years of experience in HR consulting, with a focus on global HR solutions.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations in multiple countries.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Additional Information:
Some travel may be required to visit our branches.
