Human Resources Business Partner Required in Dubai

Purpose of Role
Working in alignment with the HR vision/mission statement, the HRBP will liaise closely with key stakeholders to act and support the Division/Market to successfully achieve its business plan and overall strategy through the effective development, implementation and management of best practice HR activities among the Staff Officers and Line Managers.
Key Accountabilities
Work closely and partners with senior management to understand the department annual Business Plan and supports the alignment of organizational structures to the HR systems
Adheres to all SOPs delivering noted accountabilities
Supports recruitment and selection processes
Champions the promotion of internal employees into vacant positions
Support current and future business requirements through development, engagement, motivation and retention of employees
Acts as an interface between the Company & employees in order to ensure an effective two-way communication
Nurture a positive working environment
Conducts a detailed exit interview for their respective Department leavers & reports and makes recommendations to the business on a monthly basis.
Support the Head of Human Resource with the Annual increment review of the respective business units with line & senior managers to ensure an efficient delivery.
Ensure that all employees who are transferred and promoted between or within locations have a suitable alignment of their compensation as per policy
Ensure that the Line Managers of the respective departments are coached properly wherever a gap is identified / seen.
Identify the Training & Development needs within the department locations by working in close liaison with the Operations & Head of Human Resource
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
