Human Resources Assistant Required in Dubai - Dubai

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding, Induction, and Offboarding:

Prepare and Share new employees' offer letter and PAR with the HR manager
Assuring that all new joiners’ documents and policies are signed and filed
Create the new employee file in Bayzat
Upload employee visa, passport, and labor card on Bayzat/ cloud folders/ hard files.
Assist in ensuring smooth execution of the induction process for the new entrants (desk allotment, team introduction, joining processes and formalities, etc.).
Provide a brief Induction on the Group, HR policies, benefits program, etc.
Employee Exit Management: Help manage and monitor the employee separation process, to ensure employees’ smooth exit, including managing activities such as exit interviews.
Coordinate end of probation Manager/ Employee meetings and ensure related documents are signed and filed in the employee files and the tracker is updated.

General HR Tasks:

Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Supports human resources department and organization mission by completing adhoc tasks as required.
Prepare and issue various employee letters: experience letters, salary certificates, and NOCs
Create amendments, promotions, termination, and relocation letters for employees.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, as per Labor law and company policy.
