Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate communication.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive integration into the company culture.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide support for HR-related matters.
Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives.
HR Administration:
Manage and maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, contracts, and other documentation.
Support in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
Benefits Administration:
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Collaborate with external providers to ensure smooth benefit enrollment and changes.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs for employees.
Assist in identifying opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth within the organization.
Compliance:
Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance.
Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements.
Event Coordination:
Support the planning and execution of company events, including employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR roles, with a focus on luxury brands, is considered a strong asset.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
