Human resource officer Required in Dubai - Dubai
Responsibilities:
*Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
* Recruiting the blue collar (operation staff).
*Provide guidance and support to HR staff on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
*Following up the requirements for the projects (Operation dept).
*Develop and implement performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
*Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with relevant legal and organizational requirements.
*Stay up to date with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure HR policies and practices are complying.
*Conduct investigations into employee complaints, ensuring fair and unbiased resolutions.
*Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee benefits, leave management, and policy interpretation.
*Creating and maintaining employee personnel files and ensuring employee information is up to date in the internal system.
*Follow up and Supervising with PRO all the transactions on the governments systems.
*Communication link between HR Dept and all the group.
*HRMS requisites, Leaves, Return from leave, Employee transfer, Payroll information, warning letters) etc.
*Administering medical and other insurance as per Company policy.
*Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related discipline.
Minimum experience of 6 years in a construction companies in Dubai is a must.
Arabic speaker is a must.
Good understanding of current employment law.
Be a high-energy, can-do person who can operate in fast moving environment and can re-direct projects as needed.
Strong command of Microsoft Office.
Excellent analytical & presentation skills.
A collaborative team player.
