We are looking to hire an experienced HR Strategy Consultant who has broad experience in designing and executing long-term human resources strategies.
An ideal candidate must have experience in mergers, and acquisitions; preferably worked in large organizations. This position will be for our client in Dubai - one of the largest semi-government organizations in the region.
Key responsibilities:
Identify HR's present capabilities and design long-term strategies for HR's future needs
Develop and implement programs to drive employee engagement and wellness
Design talent retention and acquisition strategies, formulate career development and succession plans for employees
Evaluate and assess the daily operation to be able to create an operational enhancement plan.
Work closely with the VP for HR in designing and implementing new processes and work schemes,
Knowledge, skills & experience:
Degree in HR or any related studies
CIPD Certification or any HR certifications
Consultancy experience with exposure to various areas within HR
Knowledgeable about Organization Transformation, experienced in company mergers or acquisitions
Availability:
Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum of 30 days after accepting the offer.
