Job Description
As an HR Specialist for our Technology and Marketing departments, you will play a critical role in managing human resources activities for these specific business units. This position involves facilitating HR processes, recruiting the best talents, and creating strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technology and marketing departments, from job posting and candidate screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy for the Technology and Marketing departments.
Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining and enhancing employee relations, managing employee grievances, and fostering a culture of growth and development.
Conduct job evaluations and job analyses to ensure competitive compensation for roles within the Technology and Marketing departments.
Oversee employee performance review process and facilitate necessary training or professional development opportunities.
Manage HR metrics such as retention and turnover rates for these departments.
Coordinate with the management of both departments to understand specific HR requirements and work on fulfilling them.
Assist in the development of HR policies tailored to the needs of the Technology and Marketing departments.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Specialist, preferably with focus on technology and marketing industries.
Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Proficient in HRIS and recruitment software.
Knowledge of employment legislation.
