HR OFFICER REQUIRED IN DUBAI

POSITION: HR Officer (Recruitment)
SALARY: up to 6,000 AED all-inclusive depending on qualifications and experience
HIRING COMPANY: FMCG Company
WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Immediately available candidates will be prioritized (1 month max)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent / Full-time

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to any nationalities
Male/Female, 35 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field
At least 3 years of experience with specialization in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, preferably with FMCG / Hospitality background
Familiar with Applicant Tracking System and resume databases
Excellent in both verbal and written communication skills
Strong background in full cycle recruitment dealing with top management to rank and file positions
Advance knowledge in sourcing top-notch candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Design and update job descriptions
Source potential candidates from various online channels
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
