ESMOS Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Human Resource Manager position for a client in the Event Services business based in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by creating, planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

· Experience within the events industry is preferred

· Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

· Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

· Attention to detail and good judgement

Salary is up to 20K AED
