HR Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai
Location – Dubai
Salary – 15,000 – 20,000 AED/month
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the Automotive / parking or related industry.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the parking industry.
Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Work with department managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations practices.
Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and fairly.
Conduct investigations as needed and provide recommendations for resolution.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance evaluations and career development.
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Compliance and Policies:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain company policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements.
Compensation and Benefits:
Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive pay and benefits packages.
Manage employee benefits enrollment and resolve any issues related to benefits.
HR Strategy and Planning:
Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Provide HR insights and recommendations to senior management.
Implement HR initiatives to support organizational growth and employee engagement.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
Develop and implement employee development plans.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
About the Role:
The HR Manager will oversee all human resources activities and ensure they align with the goals of the parking industry business. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to managing recruitment of white & Blue collar, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, and compliance.
