HR Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain job profiles to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
Maintain a HR management solution to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Keep up to date with UAE labor law and update contracts, as well as implement new HR policies and processes to ensure compliance.
Report on HR-related stats to provide insights for decision-making, highlight success and risk.
Manage end-to-end insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage for employees.
Oversee immigration and PRO activities, ensuring all necessary documents are obtained and processed in a timely manner.
Act as a liaison between the company and government agencies to obtain necessary approvals and licenses.
Ensure all company HR policies are consistently applied across the organisation.
Manage communication and process flow related to the Dubai Land Department (DLD) effectively and efficiently.
Support the recruitment process by conducting interviews and leading the onboarding process for new recruits.
Address employee queries and concerns in a timely manner, providing support as needed.
Prepare offer letters/employment contracts.
Conduct performance and salary reviews, and analyse trends in compensation and benefits.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local law.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in HR, specifically within the Dubai real estate market.
Qualification in Human Resources.
Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organisational planning, employee relations, and training and development.
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and understanding of commission-based compensation models.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
